CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-268 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING <br />FEES AND CHARGES FOR VARIOUS MUNICIPAL SERVICES OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON (RESOLUTION NO. 77-123) TO <br />INCREASE CERTAIN FEES FOR BUILDING DIVISION SERVICES. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton provides a variety of municipal <br />services for which fees and charges have been established <br />and compiled; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 77-123 recompiled the various fees and <br /> charges; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 77-123 has been amended by Resolution No. <br /> 78-161 to increase the Residential Construction Tax; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the fees charged for certain services provided by the <br />Building Division for permits and plan checks, do not <br />cover the cost of these services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate to increase these fees at this time. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Sections II. A. 1 (Building Permit Fees) and II. A. 4 <br /> (Plumbing Permit Fees) of Exhibit A to Resolution No. <br /> 77-123 as amended are amended in their entirety to read <br /> as follows: <br /> <br />II. A. 1. Building Permit Fees <br /> <br />Building permit fees for building permits shall be as follows <br />based on the valuation established in accordance with sub- <br />section, infra, entitled "Building Valuation Schedule:" <br /> <br /> <br />
