CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALA}~DA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION 78-295 <br />APPROVING ALLOWING A TOTAL OF 80 RESIDENTIAL ALLOCATION PROGRAM <br />PERMITS BETWEEN AMADOR VALLEY INVESTORS AND OLIVER ROUSSEAU <br />CORPORATION AND AWARDING CERTAIN OTHER RESIDENTIAL ALLOCATION <br />PROGRAM PEP~ITS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, at their meeting of November 28, 1978, <br /> received reports from City staff and individuals relating <br /> to Residential Allocation Program permit applications, as <br /> required by Residential Allocation Program Ordinance ~849; and <br />WHEREAS, an opportunity was afforded to those present to give public <br /> testimony relating to the permit applications being considered; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1o Approves allowing a total of 80 permits between Amador <br /> Valley Investors and Oliver Rousseau Corporation and award- <br /> ing Residential Allocation Program permits as follows: <br /> <br />Single-Family Projects <br />78-28 Amador Valley Inv. Tr. 3148 <br />78-19 Falender - Oak Hill <br />78-30 Brentwood Holding Company <br />78-22 Stoneson - Tr. 3150 <br /> <br />Number of Units <br /> 23 <br /> 35 <br /> 31 <br /> 72 <br /> <br />Multiple Projects <br />78-25 Kismet - Mission Park <br />78-27 Rousseau - Tr. 3297 <br />78-23 FMP Townhouses <br />78-26 Rickenbach - Romey Apts. <br /> <br />13 <br />57 <br />25 <br /> 5 <br /> <br />(2 existing] <br /> <br />Section 2o The approval of the above projects is conditioned on the <br /> following: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />That the projects in the Dublin-San Ramon Services District <br />must await certainty of sewer connections prior to applying <br />for building permits; and <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />That all those promises made in the individual project <br />applications be attached to those projects as conditions <br />upon receiving development approval. <br /> <br />Section 3.
