CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-293 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ALLOWING AMENDmeNT OF RESIDENTIAL ALLOCATION <br />PROGRAM APPLICATION <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the applications for Residential Allocation Program <br /> approval for the properties rezoned by Ordinance No. 871 <br /> from RM-1500 to RM-4000 may be amended prior to City Council <br /> hearing selecting projects for approval to bring such <br /> applications into conformance with the rezoning of those <br /> properties. <br /> <br />In amending such applications, the total points as deter- <br />mined by staff for the RM-1500 proposal may not be <br />increased. <br /> <br />Section 2. The requirements of Pleasanton Ordinance Code §2-20°08 <br /> are hereby waived, where conformance with such require- <br /> ment was made impossible by introduction of Ordinance 871. <br /> <br />Section 3.
