CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 78-286 <br /> <br /> tIE: APPROVAL OF PROGRESS PAYMENT NO. 2 TO MOUNTAIN <br /> CONSTRUCTION, INC., FOR WORK ON CENTRAL BUSINESS <br /> DISTRICT STORM DRAINAGE OUTFALL, PROJECT NO. 78-3. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Mountain Construction, Inc., performed in connection <br /> with work on Central Business District Storm Drainage Out- <br /> fall, Project No. 78-3 has progressed satisfactorily to <br /> the point at which Progress Payment No. 2 is in order; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Finance Officer be instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $61,375.50 in favor of Mountain <br /> Construction, Inc., in satisfaction of Progress Payment <br /> No. 2 for the work performed on Central Business District <br /> Storm Drainage Outfall, Project No. 78-3. <br /> <br />Section 2.
