CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-311 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROJECTS TO BE FUNDED UNDER THE <br />FEDERAL AID URBAN SYSTEM IN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 75-33, adopted on February 24, 1975, the City Council <br /> approved the Federal-Aid Urban System and the urban boundaries depicted <br /> on the maps attached as Exhibit "A" to said resolution; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended a revised list of projects <br /> to be completed in Pleasanton's five-year Federal-Aid Urban System Pro- <br /> gram funded under the provisions of Section 142 of Title 23, United <br /> States Code. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the following allocation of the City of Pleasanton's <br /> Federal-Aid Ruban System funds: <br /> <br />1.) Re-allocate the FY 78-79 FAU funds to the West Las Positas <br /> overcrossing. <br /> <br />2.) Allocate the FY 79-80 FAU funds to the West Las Positas <br /> overcrossing. <br /> <br />3.) Re-allocate the estimated carry-over balance of $9,799 to <br /> the West Las Positas overcrossing. <br /> <br />Section 2.
