CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-306 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MR. YVAN ALBERT TO THE HOUSING <br />AUTHORITY COMMISSION FOR A TERM EXPIRING JANUARY 25, 1983. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Housing Authority Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has considered the names of and evaluated <br />the qualifications of various individuals who are interested <br />in serving on the Housing Authority Commission. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1~ Mr. Yvan Albert is appointed to serve as a member of the <br /> Housing Authority Commission for a term expiring January 25, <br /> 1983. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON DECEMBER 19, 1983, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Kephart, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: R.
