CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-304 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF PROGRESS PAYMENT NO. 3 TO MOUNTAIN CONSTRUCTION <br />COMPANY FOR WORK ON CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT STORM DRAINAGE <br />OUTFALL PROJECT NO. 78-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Mountain Construction Company performed in connection <br /> with work on Central Business District Storm Drainage Outfall <br /> Project No. 78-3, has progressed satisfactorily to the point <br /> at which Progress Payment No. 3 is in order; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Finance Officer be instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $95,586.30 in favor of Mountain <br /> Construction Company in satisfaction of Progress Payment <br /> No. 3 for the work performed on the Central Business <br /> District Storm Drainage Outfall, Project No. 78-3. <br /> <br />Section 2.
