That after the adverse impact "Displacement of six homes <br /> on the Stanley Boulevard grade separation site" the following <br /> mitigation measure shall be added,'~ rear access rather than <br /> a frontage road to the properties along Stanley Boulevard <br /> may be developed to provide access should a grade separa- <br /> tion at Stanley Boulevard and the Southern Pacific tracks <br /> deny properties access to Stanley." <br /> <br />Section 8.
