CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-14 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FROM THE ALA}.~DA COUNTY <br />FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT FOR THE <br />PLEASANTON INTERCEPTOR SEWER PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />it is necessary for the City to acquire an easement along <br />the west bank of the Alamo Canal for the Pleasanton Inter- <br />ceptor Sewer Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Board of Supervisors of the Alameda County Flood Con- <br />trol and Water Conservation District, on November 14, 1978, <br />adopted Resolution No. 12439, authorizing conveyance of <br />the necessary easement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves acceptance of Grant of Easement from the <br /> Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District <br /> for an easement along the west bank of the Alamo Canal <br /> for the Pleasanton Interceptor Sewer Project. <br /> <br />Section 2.
