CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-12 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF <br />DECEMBER, 1978, IN THE AMOUNT OF $866,789.03 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of February 13, 1979, a check <br />register was presented to the City Council signifying <br />checks which were dispensed from December 1, 1978, through <br />December 31, 1978; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the claims contained therein were for approved functions <br />of the City which are necessary and proper expenses of <br />the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Claims represented by Checks Nos. 021946-022476, 935 <br /> 105, and 508-509, dated from November 1, 1978, through <br /> December 31, 1978, in the total amount of $866,789.03 <br /> are hereby approvedo <br /> <br />Section 2. The financial report dated December 31, 1978, has been <br /> reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon its <br /> passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 13, 1979, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Councilmen Brandes, Butler, Kephart, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br /> None ~,~/~ <br /> None <br /> <br />ATTEST: .
