CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-28 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING KENNETH R. MERCER AS <br />VICE MAYOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Reorganization of the City Council has taken place. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />The City Council does hereby appoint Kenneth R.
