CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-22 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE }DNTH OF <br />JANUARY, 1979, IN THE AMOUI~ OF $526,526°96 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of February 27, <br />register was presented to the City Council <br />checks which were dispensed from January 1, <br />January 31, 1979; and <br /> <br />1979, a check <br />signifying <br />1979, through <br /> <br />~EREAS, <br /> <br />the claims contained therein were for approved functions <br />of the City which are necessary and proper expenses of <br />the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Claims represented by Checks Nos.022477-022776, 511-512, <br /> and 937-949, dated from January 1, 1979, through January 31, <br /> 1979, in the total amount of $526,524.96 are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. The financial report dated January 31, 1979, has been <br /> reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon its <br /> passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 27, 1979, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Kephart, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: None ~ <br /> <br /> y~~ NETH R.
