EXHIBIT A <br />TO RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />79-38 <br /> <br />SALARY AND SUPPLEMENTARY BENEFITS <br />FOR CITY MANAGER CLAYTON E. BROWN <br /> <br />The annual salary for City Manager Clayton E. Brown for <br />Fiscal Year 1978-79 is $40,000.00 retroactive to <br />July 1, 1978. <br /> <br />The annual salary for City Manager Clayton E. Brown for <br />Fiscal Year 1979-80 is $43,000.00 commencing on <br />July 1, 1979. <br /> <br /> Supplementary Benefits: <br /> <br /> a. Medical. Fully paid premiums for the City Blue Cross <br /> Plan or the Kaiser "S" Plan with optical and prescription <br /> drug options. <br /> <br />b. Dental. Fully paid premiums for dental insurance. <br /> <br /> c. Life Insurance. Fully paid premiums for life insurance <br /> with a value equal to twice the annual salary. <br /> <br />d. Long Term Disability. Fully paid premiums for long <br /> term disability insurance. <br /> <br /> e. Vacation. Three weeks annual paid vacation. <br /> f. Holidays. The same holidays as established for City <br /> management employees. <br /> <br /> g. Vehicle Use. Unrestricted use of a vehicle furnished <br /> by the City provided the license and gasoline for <br /> personal use are paid for By the City Manager. <br /> <br />h. Retirement System. Membership in the State Public <br /> Employees Retirement System (PERS). <br /> <br /> <br />
