CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-35 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL CERTIFYING THE FINAL <br />EIR FOR PUD-78-5. <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />A final EIR was submitted to the City Council by the <br />Chamberlain Group for a planned unit development plan <br />for 75 single family homes to be constructed on <br />approximately 65 acres of land located at the eastern <br />end of Arbor Drive between Crellin Road and the <br />City Limit line; and <br /> <br />~EREAS <br /> <br />A public hearing was held by the City Council on <br />March 13, 1979, when testimony was taken; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />The staff submitted a report to the Council regarding <br />the EIR. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the environmental impact report has been completed <br /> in compliance with CEQA and 'State Guidelines. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the EIR has b!een reviewed and the information <br /> contained therein has been considered. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />That the project would have no significant adverse <br />impacts on the environment because the conditions of <br />approval forthis project (see Ordinance No. 879) would <br />reduce any impacts to an insignificant level. <br /> <br />Section 4. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED ON MARCH 13, 1979, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />Ayes: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood and <br /> Mayor Brandes <br />Noes: None <br /> <br />Abstain: None /' <br />Attest:. <br /> <br />By: Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />AP~RO ED AS ~.FO~. <br />~~evine, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
