CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-32 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PROGRESS <br />PAYMENT TO STEINY & COMPANY, INC. FOR WORK <br />ON THE INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT <br />SANTA RITA ROAD AND WEST LAS POSITAS <br />BOULEVARD. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />work by Steiny & Company, Inc. for the Installation of <br />Traffic Signals at Santa Rita Road and West Las Positas <br />Boulevard has progressed satisfactorily to the point <br />at which Final Progress Payment is in order. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. That the Finance Office be instructed to prepare a <br />warrant in the amount of $1,106.01 in favor of Steiny <br /> & Company, Inc., in satisfaction of Final Progress <br /> Payment for the work performed on the Installation of <br /> Traffic Signals at Santa Rita Road and West Las Positas <br /> Boulevard. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3.
