CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79- 30 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NOS. 11 & <br />12 TO LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO. 04-5101 FOR <br />FEDERAL AID IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton entered into a master agreement <br />for the Federal-Aid Program with the State of California <br />on September 23, 1977 pursuant to the Federal Highway <br />Safety Act; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of March 13, 1979, <br />received a report dated February 21, 1979, from the <br />Director of Public Works and Utilies together with <br />attachments for approval of Program Supplement Nos. <br />11 & 12 for the installation of automatic gates at <br />West Angela Street at Western Pacific Railroad and <br />Rose Avenue at Western Pacific Railroad. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes the execution by the City Manager subject <br /> to approval by the City Attorney of Supplement Nos. 11 & 12 <br /> to Local Agency-State Agreement No. 04-5101 for Federal <br /> Aid Improvements under the Federal Highway Safety Act. <br /> <br />Section 2.
