EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION OF TERRITORY <br /> TO BE ANNEXED TO THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ANNEXATION NO. 74 <br /> <br />All that certain real property situated in the Township of <br /> <br />Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, described as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the general southeasterly <br />line of that certain territory, commonly known as Annexation No. 35, <br />annexed to the City of Pleasanton under Ordinance No. 402 of the City <br />Council of the City of Pleasanton, adopted November 30, 1964, a <br />map of which territory was filed December 30, 1964 in Book 43 of <br /> <br />Maps at page 86A thereof, Records of Alameda County, California, <br />with the direct production northwesterly of the southerly line <br />of that certain parcel of land conveyed by Jennie Pape to Joe G. <br />Macias and Verna Bernarda Macias~ his wife~ as Joint Tenants, by <br />deed dated February 6, 1961 and recorded February 8, 1961 in <br />Reel 261, image 606, Series No. AS16470~ Records of Alameda <br /> <br />County, California, said point being also on the easterly <br />right-of-way line of Amber Lane, 25 feet in width; thence <br />northeasterly along the aforesaid southeasterly boundary line, <br /> <br />(43 O.R. 86A) to an intersection thereof with the direct production <br />northwesterly of the northerly line of the aforesaid parcel of land <br />(Re. 261 O.R. Im. 606) thence southwesterly along said northwesterly <br />production and along said northerly line to an intersection thereof <br />with the easterly line of said parcel (Re 261 or Im. 606); thence <br />southwesterly along said easterly line parcel IRe 261 O.R. <br /> <br /> <br />
