CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-55 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF <br />MARCH, 1979, IN THE AMOUNT OF $621,172.22 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of April 24, 1979, a check <br />register and Financial Report were presented to the City <br />Council signifying expenditures for the month of March, <br />1979; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the claims contained therein were for approved functions <br />of the City of Pleasanton which are necessary and proper <br />expenses of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Claims represented by Checks Nos. 023046-023401, and <br /> Nos. 107, 1106, 514-515, and 953 dated from March 1, <br /> 1979, through March 31, 1979, in the total amount of <br /> $621,172.22 are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. The financial report dated March 31, 1979, has been <br /> reviewed and approved by City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon its <br /> passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 24, 1979, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />i City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
