CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-41 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF <br />FEBRUARY, 1979, IN THE AMOUNT OF $479,405.56 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of March 29, 1979, a check <br />register was presented to the City Council signifying <br />checks which were dispensed from February 1, 1979, <br />through February 28, 1979; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the claims contained therein were for approved functions <br />of the City which are necessary and proper expenses of <br />the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Claims represented by Checks Nos. 022777 through 023046, <br /> and Nos. 950-952, 106, 1105, and 513, dated from February 1, <br /> 1979, through February 28, 1979, in the total amount of <br /> $479,405.56 are hereby approvedo <br /> <br />Section 2. The financial report dated February 28, 1979, has been <br /> reviewed and approved by City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon its <br /> passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 29, 1979, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood and Mayor Brandes <br /> <br />ATTEST: FNK~~C.
