CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-76 <br />APPROVING PROGRESS PAYMENT NO. 1, EUGENE G. ALVES <br />CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. FOR PETERS AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS <br />PROJECT NO. 79-1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Eugene Go Alves Construction Co., Inc., performed <br /> in connection with work on Peters Avenue improvements, <br /> Project No. 79-1, has progressed satisfactorily to the <br /> point at which Progress Payment No. 1 is in order; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Finance Officer be instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $16,163.77 in favor of Eugene G. <br /> Alves Construction Co., Inc.,in satisfaction of Progress <br /> Payment No. 1, for the work performed on Peters Avenue <br /> Improvements Project No. 79-1. <br /> <br />Section 2.
