CITY COUNCIL COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 79-74 AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 TO ESTABLISH DIAGONAL PARKING ON THE NORTH SIDE OF VINE STREET AND NO PARKING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF VINE STREET WHEREAS, the City Council, at its meeting of May 8, 1979, received and reviewed a report from the Director of Public Works and Utilities dated April 23, 1979, recommending that Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets) be amended to permit diagonal parking on the North side of Vine Street and to prohibit parking on the South side of Vine Street within the Pleasan- ton Greens development; and WHEREAS, after discussion, it was determined to be necessary and in the public interest to amend Resolution No. 76-79 to permit diagonal parking on the North side of Vine Street and to establish no-parking zones on the South side of Vine Street within the Pleasanton Greens development; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended by adding Subsection 8v-1 to Section 8 (Diagonal Parking Zones) to read as follows: 8v-1 On the North side of Vine Street within the Pleasanton Greens development. Section 2. Resolution No. 76-79 is further amended by adding Sub- section 6v-6 to Section 6 (No Parking Zones) to read as follows: 6v-6 On the South side of Vine Street within the Pleasanton Greens development. Section 3. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon its adoption.
