CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-100 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT FOR WORK ON <br />PROJECT NO. 79-1, PETERS AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Eugene G. Alves Construction Company, Inc. per- <br /> formed in connection with Project No. 79-1, Peters Avenue <br /> Improvements from Rose Avenue to St. Mary Street has pro- <br /> gressed satisfactorily to the point at which Final Progess <br /> Payment is in order; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Finance officer be instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $4,140.77 in favor of Eugene <br /> G. Alves Construction Company, Inc. in satisfaction of <br /> Final Progress Payment for the work performed on the <br /> Project No. 79-1, Peters Avenue to St. Mary Street. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of <br /> Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3.
