CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-99 <br /> <br />APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF-MAY, 1979 IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $1,176,277.80 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of June 26, 1979, a check <br />register and Financial Report were presented to the City <br />Council signifying expenditures for the month of May <br />1979; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the claims contained therein were for approved functions <br />of the City of Pleasanton which are necessary and proper <br />expenses of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Claims represented by Checks Nos. 023786- through 024120 <br /> and Nos. 1108, 110, 518-519, and 304, dated from May 1, 1979 <br /> through May 31, 1979, in the total amount of $1,176,227.80 <br /> are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. The financial Report dated May 31, 1979, has been <br /> reviewed and approved by City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3.
