RESOLUTION NO.79-94 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1974-3, STONERIDGE CENTER <br /> STONERIDGE DRIVE SIGNALS AND LIGHTING <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />The City of Pleasanton has received public bids for the <br />Stoneridge Drive signals and lighting in Assessment District No. <br />1974-3, Stoneridge Center, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, <br />California. <br /> <br /> The Engineer of Work has reviewed the bids and now <br />recommends award of the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, <br />HOWARD ELECTRIC, INC., whose bid is $95,779.00. <br /> <br /> The City Council therefore awards the contract to that <br /> <br />bidder. All other bids are rejected. <br /> <br /> The City Council directs the City Clerk to publish a notice <br /> <br />of award of contract. <br /> <br /> The City Council authorizes and directs the Mayor and the <br />City Clerk to sign the written contract for this work when it is pre- <br />sented to them for signature, along with the surety bonds and insurance <br />certificates required by the specifications. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
