CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 79-89 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A HOLDING TANK PERMIT FOR EARL ADAMS TILE AND COPING COMPANY AT 3687 SANTA RITA ROAD WHEREAS , WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and Design Review Board, at a meeting of March 14, 1979, approved design review and gave conditional use approval to the construction and use of a building at 3687 Santa Rita Rd., and due to the lack of sewer availability to serve the prop- erty owned by Earl Adams Tile and Coping Co., it is neces- sary for the company to make application to the City Council for a 10~000 gallon holding tank pursuant to the City Council's policy as set forth in Resolution No. 73-140; and WHEREAS, the City Council, at its meeting of May 22, 1979, con- sidered a report from the Director of Public Work and Utilities dated May 21, 1979, together with attachments thereto, pertaining to a request for a holding tank for use by Earl Adams Tile and Coping Co. at 3687 Santa Rita Rd. and recom- mended approval oftsaidrequest. NOW, THEREFORE; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves'the application of Earl Adams Tile and Coping Co. for a permit to constructa 10,000 gallon holding tank at 3687 Santa Rita Road subject to the following conditions: That the property owner enter into a Standard Holding Tank Agreement with the City prior to issuance of a building permit for this develop- ment. Execution of this agreement by the proper City officials if authorized by approval of this application. That Earl Adams Tile and Coping Co. acknowledge in writing its understanding of the probable magnitude of monthly pumping charges and that the company is able and willing to meet this commit- ment as long as the holding tank is necessary.
