RESOLUTION NO. 79-88 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1974-5, STONERIDGE CENTER <br /> STONERIDGE STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> The City of Pleasanton has received public bids for <br /> the construction of the Stoneridge street improvements in <br /> Assessment District No. 1974-5, Stoneridge Center, City of <br /> Pleasanton, Alameda County, California. <br /> <br /> The Engineer of Work has reviewed the bids and now <br /> recommends award of the contruction contrack to the lowest <br /> responsible bidder, REDGWICK CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, whose bid <br /> is $1,068,045.47. <br /> <br /> The City Council therefore awards the contract to that <br /> bidder. All other bids are rejected. <br /> <br /> The City Council directs the City Clerk to publish <br /> <br /> a notice of award of contract. <br /> <br /> The City Council' authorizes and directs the Mayor and <br /> the City Clerk to sign the written contract for this construc- <br /> <br />- tion when it is presentedto them for signature, along with the <br /> surety bonds and insurance certificates required by the construc- <br /> tion specifications. <br /> <br /> <br />
