CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-84 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM <br />H. Co ELLIOTT, INC., FOR A PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT <br />RELATED TO PARCEL MAP 2831 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of May 22, 1979, re- <br />ceived a report from the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities, recommending that a dedication of a public <br />service easement from H. C. Elliott, Inc., be accepted; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, acceptance of this easement was deemed to be necessary <br /> and in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON HEREBY <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The offer of dedication of a 40 foot wide public ser- <br /> vice easement in connection with Parcel Map 2831, as <br /> evidenced by Grant of Easement dated January 26, 1979, <br /> is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2.
