CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-114 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ~NAGER TO RECONVEY <br />TO DEVELOPER THE STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY DEDICATED BY DR. <br />HOWARD LONG FOR LONGVIEW LANE AND AUTHORIZING THE DI- <br />RECTOR OF PLANNING TO ACCEPT THE SPECIAL EXEMPTION <br />REQUEST FOR THE PROJECT. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of July 10, 1979, the City Council received <br />a report dated July 2, 1979, concerning approval of the <br />Upper Longview Development and a proposed exemption from <br />Residential Allocation Program (RAP) requirements as to <br />the average lot size; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />as a part of Longview proposal the developer requested <br />that the City reconvey to the developer a piece of land <br />that the City had previously required to be dedicated for <br />the future right-of-way of Longview Lane and which would <br />not be needed under the present development plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes the City Manager to reconvey to developer the <br /> street right-of-way dedicated by Dr. Long for Longview Lane. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the Director of Planning to accept <br /> Exemption request for the project if the average <br /> acres or greater. <br /> <br />the Special <br />lot is 4.97 <br /> <br />Section 3.
