CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 79-106 A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT IS REQUIRED CONCERNING THE URBANIZATION LINE FOR AN ll-LOT RESIDENTIAL PUD PROPOSED ON 55 ACRES OF THE 73-ACRE SITE LOCATED WEST OF FOOTHILL ROAD AND NORTH OF LONGVIEW DRIVE WHEREAS, on May 9, 1979, the Planning Commission considered the question of conformity with the General Plan for an ll-lot residential planned unit development proposed on 55 acres of a 73 acre site located west of Foothill Road and north of Longview Drive and determined that the project would not be in conformance with the General Plan and, therefore that a general plan amendment must be approved prior to consideration of the PUD; and WHEREAS, at that meeting, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 1738, asking the City Council for a definition of the term "urbanization" and to make a determination concerning urbanization of Case PUD-79-12; and WHEREAS, the City Council, at its meeting of June 26, 1979, received a report dated May 15, 1979 from the Director of Planning and Community Development, together with copies of portions of the Planning Commission minutes of May 9, 1979, with regard to conformance with the General Plan of this development; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Determines that a General Plan amendment is required concerning the urbanization line for an ll-lot residential Planned Unit Development proposed on 55 acres of the 73-acre site located west of Foothill Road and north of Longview Drive. Section 2. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon its adoption.
