CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-103 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE ASSISTANT <br />TO THE CITY }IAMAGER DATED JUNE 19, 1979, AND AII~NDING <br />THE 1978-79 BUDGET ACCORDINGLY <br /> <br />~EREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of June 26, 1979, received <br />a report from Assistant to the City Manager Walker, dated June <br />19, 1979, recommending certain amendments to the 1978-79 <br />Budget and Capital Improvement Program; and <br /> <br />after review and discussion, it was determined to be necessary <br />and appropriate to make the recommended changes in the 1978-79 <br />Budget. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br /> <br />Section 1. the 1978-79 Budget Capital Improvement is hereby amended <br /> as recommended in the report of June 19, 1979, as follows: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />General Fund: <br />The General Fund June 30, 1979, balance of 1,255,110 <br />be appropropriated into a contingency reserve. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />Capital Improvement Fund: <br />The June 30, 1979, fund balances in each of the Capital <br />Improvements Funds shown below be reserved for Capital <br />Improvements Projects: <br /> <br />Fund <br />2107 Gas Tas <br />2106 Gas Tax <br />County Gas Tax <br />Street Improvement <br />Sewer Improvement & Phase Out <br />Annexation Fee <br />Water Improvement <br />Capital Improvement <br />Neighborhood Park <br /> <br />Estimated Balance <br />~'Z~I <br /> 390,502 <br /> 93,706 <br /> 33,100 <br /> 506,532 <br /> 6,803 <br /> 9,032 <br /> 293,067 <br /> 301,818 <br /> <br /> (3) The following projects be appropriated and the 1978-79 <br /> Capital Improvement Program be amended to include; <br /> <br /> Fire Apparatus - Tela Squirt $161,878 <br /> Design of new Police Building 65,000 <br /> Design of Fire Station No. 3 45,000 <br /> <br />Section 2, This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> passage and adoption. <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />III <br /> <br /> <br />
