CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-137 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION UPHOLDING PLANNING COMMISSION DECISION AND <br />APPROVING V-79-10, APPLICATION BY ROBERT MOLINARO FOR A <br />VARIANCE FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CODE TO ALLOW THE <br />SUBDIVISION OF A 46,000+ SQ. FT. LOT LOCATED AT 4189 <br />STANLEY BOULEVARD INTO FOUR PARCELS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of August 28, 1979, reviewed <br />the application by Robert Molinaro for a variance from the <br />requirements of the Ordinance Code of the City to allow the <br />subdivision of a 46,000+ sq. ft. lot located at 4189 Stanley <br />Boulevard into four parFels, three of which would not have <br />the required street frontage (zoning for property is R-1-5600); <br />one of which would not have the required lot width and one which <br />would not have the required lot depth; and <br />this item had been previously considered at the City Council <br />meeting of July 24, 1979, and because of a 2-2 vote on the <br />decision the item had been continued to this meeting for full <br />Council attendance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />after the public hearing on the matter the Council made the <br />finding that the subdivision of the Molinaro land as proposed <br />would not create the potential for development on the site <br />which would be incompatible with future development in the <br />surrounding area. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Upholds the Planning Commission decision and approves <br /> application by Robert Molinaro (V-79-10) for a variance <br /> from the requirements of the code to allow the subdivision <br /> of a 46,000+ sq. ft. lot located at 4189 Stanley Boulevard <br /> into four pircels, three of which would not have the re- <br /> quired street frontage. <br /> <br />Section 2.
