CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION N0.79-131 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTS NO. 14 AND <br />15 TO LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO. 04-5101 FOR <br />FEDERAL AID IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton entered into a master agreement for <br />the Federal-Aid Program with the State of California on <br />September 23, 1977 pursuant to the Federal Highway Safety <br />Act; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of August 28, 1979, re- <br />ceived a report dated August 8, 1979, from the Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities together with attachments for <br />approval of Program Supplements No. 14 and 15 for the im- <br />provements of street widening and pedestrian walkway on <br />Angela Street at W.P.RoR. and S.P.R.R. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br /> Authorizes the execution by the City Manager subject to <br />approval by the City Attorney of Supplements No. 14 and 15 <br />to Local Agency-State Agreement No. 04-5101 for Federal Aid <br />Improvements under the Federal Highway Safety Act. <br /> <br /> This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON AUGUST 28, 1979, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Wood and Mayor Brandes <br /> <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Kephart ~~C~.B~~%~yOR~ <br />ABSTAIN: None · <br /> <br />ATTEST: _ ~ <br /> <br />~layton E. <br />BY: Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM <br /> <br /> vinel City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
