CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-130 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF A CORPORATION GRANT DEED DATED <br />JULY 26, 1979 FROM W.Ro GRACE CO. FOR STREET <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />City is in receipt of an offer of dedication from W.R. <br />Grace Co. for a parcel of property - for right-of-way <br />purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of August 28, 1979 re- <br />ceived a report from the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities indicating that the acceptance of this dedication <br />is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The offer of dedication from W.R. Grace Co. manifested <br /> in the Grant Deed dated July 26, 1979 is hereby accepted and <br /> the appropriate City officers instructed to take whatever <br /> action necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2.
