CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-129 <br /> <br />RE: APPROVAL OF FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP AND IMPROVEMENT <br />PLANS FOR TRACT 4257 (HOWARD F. LONG) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plans for Tract <br />4257,(Howard F. Long) have been submitted and checked by <br />the Engineering staff and the necessary inspection fees, <br />bonds and agreements received by the Director of Public <br />Works; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by City Council <br /> at their meeting of August 1, 1979. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The final subdivision map and improvement plans for Tract <br /> 4257 (Howard F. Long) are hereby approved and accepted and the <br /> appropriate City officers are instructed to take whatever action <br /> necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Subdivision <br /> agreement with Howard F. Long for Tract 4257. <br /> <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its <br /> passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 1, 1979, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Wood <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mercer, and Mayor Brandes <br /> <br />FRA C.
