CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-158 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, DEL VALLE <br />PARKWAY BY VALLEY COMMUNITY CHURCH. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, construction by Valley Community Church of public improvements <br /> in connection with Del Valle Parkway have been completed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of September 11, 1979, con- <br />sidered the report of the Director of Public Works and Utilities <br />dated September 5, 1979, recommending the acceptance of said <br />public improvements. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1.
