CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-157 <br /> <br />~E~AS, <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST FROM RALPH AMY FOR <br />A HOLDING TANK FOR A COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT (BIG "0" <br />TIRES) LOCATED AT 3680 WASHINGTON STREET <br /> <br />Ralph Amy (Big "0" Tires) is the owner of a piece of <br />property located at 3680 Washington Street; and <br /> <br />Mr. Ralph Amy has requested a private sewage disposal <br />system to serve the above property since it is not <br />presently located near a sewage disposal line; and <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of September 11, 1979 <br />considered Ralph Amy's request together with a staff <br />report of August 31, 1979, prepared by the Director <br />of Public Works and Utilities. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. Approves the request of Ralph Amy for a holding tank to <br />serve'the property located at 3680 Washington Street subject <br />to the f0~lowing conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. That detailed plumbing plans and probable future <br /> site development plans be submitted to the Director <br /> of Public Works and Utilities for approval prior to <br /> issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />That detailed plans showing the location, construc- <br />tion materials and details as well as all other per- <br />tinent data concerning this holding tank be submitted <br />to and approved by the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities prior to installation of the tank. <br /> <br />That the property owner enter into a standard Holding <br />Tank Agreement with the City prior to issuance of a <br />building permit for this development. <br /> <br />That the holding tank be pumped or (emptied). at <br />least one time every 14 days or in accordance with <br />the current City policy concerning the frequency <br />of pumping. <br /> <br />That renewal request, together with appropriate <br />renewal fee, be transmitted to the City at least <br />one month prior to expiration date of August 20, <br />1980. <br /> <br />III <br /> <br /> <br />
