CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-156 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING REPORT OF DIRECTOR OF RECREATION <br />AND HUMAN RESOURCES AND AUTHORIZING CHANGING THE POSITION <br />OF DRIVER/DISPATCHER TO FULL-TIME POSITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of September 11, 1979, a report <br />dated September 5, 1979, from the Director of Recreation and <br />Human Resources regarding department staffing was considered; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />for the past several years, the City of Pleasanton has had <br />an active program for senior adults which included among <br />other activities a Senior Transportation Program operated <br />by a part-time Driver/Dispatcher; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the report of the Director of Recreation and Human Resources <br />recommended that this position be changed from a three-quarter <br />time position to a full-time position. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. Approves changing the position of Driver/Dispatcher from <br />a three-quarter to a full-time position and adjusting the <br />1979-80 Recreation and Human Resources Department budget <br />accordingly. <br /> <br />Section 2.
