CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-155 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT DATED AUGUST 29, 1979 <br />FROM THE ROMAN CATHOLIC BISHOP OF OAKLAND FOR A TEMP- <br />ORARY PEDESTRIAN-BICYCLE PATHWAY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />City is in receipt of an offer of dedication from the Roman <br />Catholic Bishop of Oaklnad of an easement over a parcel of <br />property for a temporary Pedestrian-Bicycle Pathway; and <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of September 11, 1979 <br />received a report from the City Attorney indicating that <br />the acceptance of this dedication is in the public interest. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS <br /> <br />Section 1. The offer of dedication from the Roman Catholic Bishop of <br /> Oakland manifested in the Grant of Easement dated August 29, <br /> 1979 is hereby accepted and the appropriate City officers <br /> instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement <br /> said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2.
