CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA CO~TY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-151 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE CLAIM OF LEWIS CHARLES DIETRICK <br />vs. CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton, on August 8, 1979, received a claim <br />filed on behalf of Lewis Charles Dietrick for injuries <br />allegedly incurred in an accident on July 22, 1979; and <br /> <br />on August 28, 1979, the City Council reviewed the claim <br />and determined that it should be denied. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The claim presented on August 8, 1979, against the City <br /> of Pleasanton on behalf of Lewis Charles Dietrick, Jr. for <br /> injuries allegedly incurred in an accident on July 22, 1979, <br /> is hereby denied. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
