CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-180 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATION FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION OF THE HANDICAP RAMP FOR THE VETEHAN'S <br />MEMORIAL BUILDING, PROJECT NO. 79-13, AND AUTHORI- <br />ZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities by his report <br />dated October 3, 1979, advised the City Council that plans <br />and specifications had been completed for the construction <br />of the handicap ramp for the Veteran's Memorial Building, <br />Project No. 79-13, and authorizing calling for bids and <br />that said plans had been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of October 9, 1979, <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities, dated October 3, 1979 relating to the project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the plans and specifications for the construction <br /> of the handicap ramp for the Veteran's Memorial Building Pro- <br /> ject No. 79-13. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the calling of bids in the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3.
