CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-177 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES <br />AID CHARGES FOR VARIOUS MUNICIPAL SERVICES OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON (RESOLUTION NO. 77-123) TO INCLUDE A <br />RESIDENTIAL ALLOCATION PROGRAM APPLICATION FEE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton provides a variety of municipal services <br />for which fees and charges have been established in Resolution <br />No. 77-123; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of September 18, 1979, the Director <br />of Planning and Community Development presented a report dated <br />September 13, 1979, asking that the Resolution of Fees and <br />Charges be amended to include a fee for processing Residential <br />Allocation Program (HAP) applications which would cover some <br />of the costs incurred by the City of Pleasanton in the analysis <br />of these applications. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. Exhibit A, Section II (Housing and Community Development), <br />Paragraph C (Planning Division) of Resolution No. 77-123 <br />(Establishing Fees and Charges for various Municipal Services <br />of the City of Pleasanton) is hereby amended by adding the <br />following subparagraph 23: <br /> <br />23. <br /> <br />Residential Allocation Program - Application <br />processing fee $200.00 <br /> <br />Section 2.
