CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 79-171 A RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF HOLDING TANK PERMIT FOR FRANK AUF DERMAUR AT 3440 STANLEY BOULEVARD. WHEREAS, Frank Auf der Maur has been using a holding tank to provide sewer services to his property at 3440 Stanley Boulevard since 1977; and WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption by City Council of Resolution No. 73-140 (Establishing a Policy for Holding Tanks in the City of Pleasanton) a Holding Tank Agreement was entered into between Frank Auf der Maur and the City of Pleasanton on March 28, 1977 and renewed each year, extending the holding tank permit to August 20, 1979; and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 73-140 requires that holding tanks be renewed on an annual basis; and WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of September 18, 1979, con- sidered a memorandum from the Director of Public Works and Utilities for renewal of the Holding tank approval for Frank Auf der Maur. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the continued use of a holding tank for Frank Auf der Maur at 3440 Stanley Boulevard to August 20, 1980, subject to the execution of a modification to the agreement of March 28, 1977, by and between the City of Pleasanton and Frank Auf der Maur. Section 2. The City Attorney is directed to prepare a modification to the March 28, 1977 Holding Tank Agreement by and between the City of Pleasanton and Frank Auf der Maur, and the Mayor is authorized to sign the same on behalf of the City Council.
