WHEREAS, <br /> <br />MEREAS, <br />MEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-165 <br /> <br />APPROVING PARTIAL FUNDING FOR PLANNING COMMISSIONER <br />JOYCE GETTY'S ATTENDANCE AT THE FALL MEETING OF THE <br />CALIFORNIA DOWNTOWN ASSOCIATION AT CHULA VISTA <br /> <br />the California Downtown Association will be holding their <br />Fall conference at Chula Vista, California, on September <br />28-30, 1979; and <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton is interested in improving and <br />preserving the downtown area in Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />Planning Commissioner Joyce Getty has indicated an interest <br />in attending the conference; and <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of September 11, 1979, it was <br />determined that it might be advantageous to have Planning <br />Commissioner Joyce Getty attend the conference as a repre- <br />sentative of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves an expenditure of $98.00 as partial funding for <br /> Planning Commissioner Joyce Getty's attendance at the Fall <br /> meeting of the California Downtown Association at Chula Vista, <br /> California, on September 28-30, 1979. <br /> <br />Section 2.
