CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-197 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, TRACT 3290, LAS <br />POSITAS, UNIT NO. 2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the construction of the public improvements <br />Las Positas, Unit No. 2, has been completed <br />bond has been filed; and <br /> <br />for Tract 3290, <br />and a maintenance <br /> <br />WHEREAS, acceptance of said public improvements has been recommended <br /> by the Director of Public Works and Utilities. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the public improvements installed in Tract No. 3290, <br /> Las Positas, Unit No.2 are accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3.
