CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-194 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION OF DIVISION STREET STORM DRAINAGE LINE, <br />AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his report <br />dated October 15, 1979, advised the City Council that plans <br />and specificationshad been completed for the construction <br />of Division Street storm drainage line, and that said plans <br />had been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of October 23, 1979, <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities, dated October 15, 1979 relating to the project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the plans and specifications for the construction <br /> of Division Street storm drainage line. <br /> <br />~ection 2. Authorizes the calling of bids in the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3.
