CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFOP~IA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-193 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT FOR WORK ON <br />PROJECT NO. 79-6, VINEYARD AVENUE OVERLAY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />work by W. G. Lewis, Inc., performed in connection with <br />Project No. 79-6, Vineyard Avenue Overlay has progressed <br />satisfactorily to the point at which Final Progress Payment <br />is in order. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Finance officer be instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $3,607.20 in favor of W. G. Lewis, <br /> Inc., in satisfaction of Final Progress Payment for the work <br /> performed on Project No. 79-6 Vineyard Avenue Overlay. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3.
