CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-192 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING EXECUTION OF A QUITCLAIM DEED DATED <br />OCTOBER 23, 1979, FROM THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO DEWITT C. <br />WILSON, SHIRLEY N. WILSON AND CASTLEWOOD ENTERPRISES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an easement was required for cable television purposes across <br /> Lot 45 of Tract 2527 at the time the subdivision was filed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Viacom Cablevision has rerouted their lines and the easement <br /> is no longer required; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at their meeting of October 23, 1979, received <br />a report from the Director of Public Works and Utilities indi- <br />cating that quitclaiming this easement to the developer is in <br />order. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes the Mayor of the City of Pleasanton to execute <br /> a quitclaim deed for a 5 foot wide public service easement <br /> across Lot 45 of Tract 2527 and the appropriate City officers <br /> are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement <br /> said quitclaim deed. <br /> <br />Section 2.
