<br />APPROVING CLAIMS AND FINANCIAL REPORTS FOR THE MONTHS OF
<br />AUGUST, 1979, AND SEPTEMBER, 1979
<br />
<br />WHEREAS ,
<br />
<br />at the City Council meeting of October 23, 1979, check
<br />registers and Financial Reports were presented to the City
<br />Council signifying expenditures for the months of August,
<br />1979, and September, 1979; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS,
<br />
<br />the claims contained therein were for approved functions
<br />of the City of Pleasanton which are necessary and proper
<br />expenses of the City.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES
<br />AS FOLLOWS:
<br />
<br />Section
<br />
<br />1. Claims represented by Checks Nos. 24773-25140, 115-118,
<br /> 309, 525-526, 706, 1110-1111, 970-973 dated from August 1,
<br /> 1979, through August 31, 1979, in the total amount of
<br /> $1,392,571.90, and Checks Nos. 25141-25364, 119-123, 310,
<br /> 527, 707, 1112-1113, 974-975 dated from September 1, 1979,
<br /> through September 30, 1979, in the total amount of $1,017,140.79
<br /> are hereby approved.
<br />
<br />Section 2. The Financial Reports dated August 31, 1979 and September
<br /> 30° 1979, have been reviewed and approved by City Council.
<br />
<br />Section 3. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon
<br /> its passage and adoption.
<br />
<br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 23, 1979, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
