CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-189 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 90-DAY TIME EXTENSION OF A PORTION <br />OF THE WILLOW WEST AGREEMENT TO JANUARY 24, 1980, FOR COMPLE- <br />TION OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT AND PLANS AND SPECI- <br />FICATIONS FOR ANY CHANGES TO THE DUBLIN-SAN RAMON SERVICES <br />DISTRICT SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of October 9, 1979, Mr. Dick Karn, <br />Civil Engineer representing Willow West Properties, requested <br />a 90-day time extension of a portion of their agreement with <br />City, relating to the hiring of a consultant for a study of <br />design and environmental impacts; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Mr. Karn advised that the October 24, 1979 date could not be <br />met because a report required from Dublin San Ramon Services <br />District had not yet been completed; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves a 90-day time extension of a portion of the Willow <br /> West Agreement to January 24, 1980, for completion of the Envi- <br /> ronmental Impact Report and Plans and Specifications for any <br /> changes to the Dublin San Ramon Services District Sewage Treat- <br /> ment Plant. <br /> <br />Section 2.
