CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLU%ION NO. 79-188 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CONCEPTUALLY APPROVING PHASE 1 OF THE WILLOW <br />WEST CIRCULATION PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />pursuant to the terms of the July 24, 1979 Sewer Allocation <br />Agreement between the City and Willow West Properties, Willow <br />West is requiredto submit a comprehensive land use plan to <br />the City Council for approval prior to the City taking any <br />of the steps necessary to secure sewer capacity for the Willow <br />West land; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of October 9, 1979, the City Council received <br />and discussed a report dated October 4, 1979, from the Director <br />of Planning and Cor~nunity Development including a staff report <br />and study titled, "Background Analysis Site Access and Circula- <br />tion" prepared by William Periera Associates for the Willow West <br />land and surrounding properties; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the staff report from the Director of Planning and Community <br />Development recommended conceptual approval of Phase 1 of the <br />Willow West Circulation plan as shown in Figure 3 of the above <br />Background Analysis, Site Access and Circulation; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Conceptually approves Phase 1 of the Willow West circulation <br /> plan as shown in Figure 3 of the attached "Background Analysis <br /> Site Access and Circulation Study" dated October 1979. <br /> <br />Section 2. It is understood that the exact location and alignment of <br /> the Phase 1 roads may vary, depending upon the results of the <br /> comprehensive land use plan and any development plans or sub- <br /> divisions maps which may be filed on the property and this <br /> approval is not intended to be an endorsement of the roads <br /> shown in Figure 3 as "future" and "conceptual" and the align- <br /> ment of these thoroughfares should be subject to further study <br /> and approval by Council. <br /> <br />Section 3.
